The breakfast was satisfactory with really tasty eggs, juice and also pastries, and the ones who served it were outstandingly accommodating!

The service was excellent with parking onsite. The staff were attentive and best and the location was best possible.

I liked the time in this property. It was really beautifuly designed and unique 4-star hotel as stated in the description. The stuff was caring, competent, and everything was very comfortable. It had central location close to a Gothic church.

everything was superb, it had complimentary wifi, no complaints whatsoever. the location of this hotel near to conveniences, cafe and restaurant's, bars & take away, and linlithgow was perfectly comfortable and handy. the lunch in bamboo inn close to the venue had every choice imaginable. stayed in a well-equipped and a nice size room that was nicely renovated leaving original features. all of the staff were very amiable, caring.

Cozy place with a well-stocked breakfast basket and friendly staff. Check-in could be confusing with too many light switches. Great for exploring nearby fishing spots and local golf courses.

A lil noisy outside my room, especially in the morning. It was a bit tricky for me to open the windows as they didn't open wide enough.

Despite the positive points, we faced some inconveniences. The breakfast provisions were DIY, unexpected. I wanted something already prepared. The bathroom vent didn't seem to work properly, and instructions for the dishwasher were absent, leaving me puzzled for a bit. Some noise from outside disrupted the tranquility, especially in the morning. Nothing insurmountable, but minor hitches could be smoothed out.

The duplex suite we stayed in was fine, with a massive walk-in shower and cool mood lighting. We loved the smart TV and the kitchenette.

Really good Comfort and Convenience

I particularly loved the daily replenished breakfast basket with delicious eggs and fresh milk. The smart TV with streaming options was a great touch for evening relaxation, and the heated bathroom floors were a luxurious bonus on chilly mornings. It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions for using the kitchen appliances, as that caused a bit of confusion.

The location is ideal, just a short stroll to the palace and local restaurants. The room is spacious and well-equipped, perfect for longer stays. Enjoyed the homemade jams as part of the included breakfast. Parking instructions could be clearer, and I would have liked more toiletries in the bathroom. Despite minor issues, the cute atmosphere and superb cleanliness made it a comfortable choice.

Spacious and Comfortable Room with Great Amenities

The superking bed was comfortable! Although the bathroom could use better lighting, overall, my experience was good.

The split-level studio felt more like an apartment, with a modern bathroom, a great shower, and a well-stocked kitchenette ideal for breakfast. The cozy main bedroom downstairs ensured a restful night. The historic courthouse setting added charm, and the location across from the palace provided easy access to local attractions. Extremely clean facilities and helpful staff enhanced the experience, while the noise levels were surprisingly low given the proximity to the road.

Absolutely loved the kitchenette! It made our stay feel so cozy. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town. Only drawback was a bit of traffic noise at night. 🌙
